Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. For your own security we ask for the CVV number from your credit card. This is the last (usually) 3 figure number on the signature strip of your card. ALL PURCHASES ARE SECURE AND ENCRYPTED FOR YOUR SAFETY.
Discalimer: All orders placed on this website are offers to treat. Manor PCs reserves the right to refuse orders on any basis.
Shipping And Handling
We can ONLY deliver goods to the creditcard holders registered address (e.g. the address the bills are sent to). It is NOT possible for us to deliver goods to another address. If you are unsure please call us on 01782 511.
Collections: If you are collecting goods from Manor PCs that have been ordered on-line you MUST bring your credit card with you when you collect, along with suitable identification (e.g. utility bill, passport, drivers licence). Your card will NOT be charged when you order on-line but will be charged when we swipe your card on collection. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is added to all order and the price is displayed clearly next to each order, excluding and including VAT. We regret that at this time we can only accept orders to be shipped to the UK.

The C.V.V. number (Card Verification Value) is the LAST 3 digits of the number written along the signature strip on the reverse of your card. If you have any queries, please contact us on 01782 511 119.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All unwanted goods can be returned for a refund (within 14 days of delivery date) but are subject to a 15% or £10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking charge to cover delivery and administration costs. All goods must be unopened and in as new condition. The money will only be refunded once the goods have been received and inspected by the Manor PCs Ltd returns department.
